Apex Vet Construction was contracted to provide specialty construction services for a Class A multifamily residential development located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project involved the adaptive reuse and integration of a renovated three-story historic building with a new six-story residential structure, creating a modern 103-unit apartment community featuring approximately 3,200 SF of retail space and resident amenities, including a fitness center and co-working areas. Apex Vet Construction supported the project through multiple construction phases, including selective demolition, metal framing installation, and final painting. All work was completed with a focus on quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, coordination with the General Contractor and other trades, and adherence to project specifications and schedule requirements.
